FitCamps 29 was started 29 years ago to bring the best and latest in fitness for all to the masses by Lydia Campbell the creator of the video and book ‘Legs, Bums n Tums’. After 13 years in health clubs she took fitness to the masses a pioneer of her time within the industry. FitCamps™ has been the platform for many top international fitness presenters to be seen and inspire hundreds. Showcasing the best and latest in fitness concepts yet no fly by night trends.
There is no arrogance at FitCamps about body size or age, it is a showcase for all to enjoy.
To inspire and motivate fitness professionals and enthusiasts at a weekend of activity, with the most diverse timetable of sessions to motivate and educate. Whatever you like from Aerobics, Body Conditioning, HIT, Weights, Pilates, Yoga, Aqua, Step, Dance, Cycling, Mind, Body and Aerial Fitness. FitCamps has something for you!

Friday 8.30 am onwards
Saturday 8.00 am – 10.30 am
Sunday 8.00 am – 9.30 am

Please Note: if there is a particular equipment session that you want to do, you can reserve your space on a sign up sheet on venue doors and stands. Pre-selections do not work as so many change their minds on the day or want to switch sessions. If you are a mad knee stepper you can bring your own step for the step venue!

If you have booked for this your name will be on a register and you will wear another band for quick entry to Fascia Friday sessions.
